Free trial, billing and refunds
How the 14-day trial works, how to upgrade, and our refund policy.

The free trial
Every new hosted site starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is needed, and every core feature is included. The trial never turns into a paid plan by itself, so you won't be charged by surprise.
Your dashboard shows how many trial days are left.
Upgrading
- 1Open Settings → Billing.
- 2Choose Starter, Growth or Network, and Monthly or Yearly (yearly saves you money).
- 3Click Continue to secure checkout and pay by card on Stripe's secure page.
- 4You're sent back to CoreTech, and your plan shows as Active within a minute.
Managing your subscription
Click Manage billing in Settings → Billing to update your card, download invoices or cancel. Plans renew automatically. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds
Because you can try everything free for 14 days first, payments for an active plan are non-refundable, including for partial months or unused time. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we'll sort it out. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
