What happens if my site goes down?

Every CoreTech site is checked around the clock from our monitoring system. If a site stops responding, the CoreTech team is alerted and starts looking into it.

You can see your site's current status and uptime on your dashboard Overview and on the Sites page. The health of CoreTech as a whole is always shown on our public Status page.

If you notice a problem first

1. 1Check whether it's only your connection: try the site on your phone using mobile data.
2. 2Check your dashboard Overview and the public Status page.
3. 3If the site is down, open Support in your dashboard and set the priority to Urgent: site is down. Include the address and roughly when it started.
