Getting newsletters into the inbox
What your deliverability score means and how to improve it.
Updated September 30, 2026
The Email page shows a deliverability score once you've sent newsletters from your domain. It's the share of emails accepted by readers' mail providers.
To keep it high
- Make sure SPF, DKIM and DMARC are all verified on the Email page.
- Only add people who asked to subscribe. Never import bought lists.
- Remove members who haven't opened anything for a long time.
- Use a clear sender name and subject lines that match your content.
- Keep a steady schedule; sudden large sends from a new domain look suspicious to mail providers.
If your score drops below 90%, the Email page flags it. Contact us and we'll look at the bounce reasons with you.
