Inviting your team
Give colleagues access to your CoreTech dashboard with the right role.

- 1Open Settings → Team.
- 2Enter your colleague's name and email, and choose a role.
- 3Click Invite. They receive a link to create their login.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Admin | Everything, including settings, team and payouts. |
| Finance | See earnings, payouts, statements and billing. |
| Analyst | See analytics and performance. |
| Support / Editor | Day-to-day site tasks such as backups and domains. |
To remove someone, click Remove next to their name. Their access ends immediately.
This is access to the CoreTech dashboard. Writers and editors who only need to publish should be invited as staff in Ghost Admin → Settings → Staff instead.
